Refunds must be requested by sending an email through our online contact form HERE to be eligible for consideration.
Requests received by any other method including direct email to a staff member or private message cannot be considered or processed.
On validation of the claim, we will update you by sending an email to your registered Email address.

You can also check the status of your refund in the 'My Account' section of the site.

Merchant Deals


We ask you to carefully read all the terms and conditions about the deal before redeeming your voucher as we will not refund vouchers for any purpose other than extreme cases (Merchant closed or is not honoring the vouchers).

It is also important that you understand where you are going and the quality of the place you are attending in order to minimize confusion.
Please note, should a refund be valid, it will be given in the form of Deal credit and not cash.

We work with our quality Partners to bring you the best possible offers, packages and new experiences - In case you cannot use your voucher, you can always give it away as a gift (unless the Terms & Conditions specifies otherwise).
Once the voucher expires it is the responsibility of the buyer to bare the cost as we don't do refunds.

If you have been disappointed by a service received at one of our Partners (although we doubt it very much!), please let us know as soon as possible Contact Us .


Reasons Not Eligible For Refund – Terms and Conditions:

Deal reserves the right to refuse refund in the following events:
Coupon period has expired; If you don't think you will be able to redeem your voucher within the specified time period, gift it to someone you care about and let them enjoy a Deal experience!
Lost or stolen Vouchers or a Voucher's reference number.
Any attempted redemption not consistent with rules of the deal.
If the service didn't live up to your expectations.
Decide to change your mind.

What makes you eligible for a refund:


If the merchant refused to accept your coupon or refused to act by the fine prints included in the deal.
If the merchant offered a service in contrary to what was mentioned in the deal.
If the merchant offered you assault rifles at discount prices. That's our job!

* You'll be refunded the full amount as Deal credits.

Products


Refund form should be sent via Contact Us during 24 working hours of purchasing (payment setled).
Products purchased should be returned to us in unused condition and in original packaging at buyer cost for our inspections.

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage.
After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via email to your registered email address.



Reasons Not Eligible For Refund – Terms and Conditions:

Deal reserves the right to refuse refund in the following events:
The packaging / product didn't match your expectations.
Defects with your product caused by fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products.
Coupon has expired and you didn't redeem it.
The Buyer makes further use of such products without our consent after notifying us of the defect/damage.
If products purchased were in good functional conditions after our final inspection.
Product is used or is not in its original condition.
Request for refund is made after 24 working hours of receiving the product by you.
Items that were delivered and are as described but you no longer want.
The Buyer alters or repairs such products without our written consent.

What makes you eligible for a refund:


The product was falsely marketed on Deal.com.lb e.g. Citing non-existing features in products.
Your product showed any defects, you may ask for a refund or exchange within 24 hours of purchase.
Items that are received not as described.
